Both my sister and I received identical calls, and I even engaged in conversation with an individual claiming to be Scott Ryan. Interestingly, the caller ID displayed a number, but it was not the actual number that called.
The recipient of these calls is asked to contact Jose Madrid, despite this individual not being associated with the number, which has been in use for several years. The calls claim importance and threaten further action if not returned, yet the message is clear: there is no Jose Madrid at this number, and the calls are unwarranted
