The caller claimed to be from the 'Processors Office' of my county and stated that I needed to return the call by noon to have my 'papers processed', however, when I inquired about the city, the individual became evasive and asked why I needed that information.
I've been recieving calls at my house number, which is unusual, and the lady on the phone claimed that I needed to call a 877 number regarding a lawsuit against my father, but she didnt seem to know any details about it, which raises suspicions.
A caller contacted me, claiming a lawsuit had been filed under a name I had not used in over 15 years, and attempted to solicit personal information, including my birthdate, which seemed to be a clear indication of a scam, especially since the representative appeared uncertain and inexperienced.
Obviusly a scam, legit process servers dont give prior notice, its best to block and disreguard such calls.
