Can someone explian to me how you cald Suddenlink and were connected to this debt collector?
My internet went down, and my wife called Suddenlink to get assistance. When she dialled Suddenlink, the message went to an automated service that stated our service had been cut off due to lack of payment, but we had just paid the bill, which we later found out was for a suposed bill from 2001. I had returned their equipment back in 2001 and paid everything we owed, so this is clearly a scam. Beware of this scam!!!

Upon listening to my visual voicemail, I discovered a message from a woman claiming to be Mary Baxter, searching for Roosevelt Maddies regarding a debt collection matter
The caller didnt say who it was, just that it was an attempt to collect a debt
