Apparently, their strategy involves making calls on the exact due date, which certainly worked in my case. To counter this, I decided to replace my phone number with a fax number in their system, and now they get to enjoy the pleasure of machine-to-machine conversations. It's a form of poetic justice, really.

Dealing with this companey is exteremly annoying, they will hound you daily if your payement is late.
The response seemed nonchalant, with the person on the other end simply agreeing.

Our company has been recieving calls from this number for two weeks now, and despite my efforts to explain that the people they are asking for dont work here, they continue to insist that they have been reached at this number in the past
A prerecorded message from this number stated that they had been trying to reach us and requested that we contact them at 1-877-606-7483, however we recently aquired this phone number and beleive the previous owner may have had some dealings with Green Tree Services.
These calls can be invasive, even reaching you at your workplace, and persistently harassing you until you take action. To stop them, try to obtain the caller's identification and name, then clearly inform them that calling you at work is unacceptable as it jeopardizes your employment. By law, they are not allowed to contact you at your workplace once you've notified them. Unfortunately, it seems these individuals are indifferent to legal repercussions.
Apparently, Green Tree has no regard for peoples situation, they will continously call you if you dont preschedule your payment immediatly, even if you tell them you will pay before the deadline, they dont seem to care about the consequence of service charges if something happens
