The caller was very agressive and had the wrong person
A call was made claiming I owed money, which is not true, and I believe it was a robocaller scam
The caller inquired about my ex, who was previously on a shared T-Mobile plan, and I was transferred to a T-Mobile representative after responding to their prompts, which was unusual, so I changed my information as a precaution.
I recieved a cal looking for my ex, who used to be on a t-mobile plan with me, but he had been removed almost a year ago, the caler trasferd me to a t-mobile rep, which was odd, I spoke to tech support and reported it, and changed all my info just to be safe
Similar to what other callers have stated, a scammer is posing as T-Mobile, its a robocall
The caller attempted to deceive us by repeating the same script, but we were able to throw them off by providing fake information. The operator's frustration grew as they continued to repeat the same questions, eventually becoming aggressive and using profanity.
T-Mobile scam pretending to be customer service. Watch out.
