About 12 hours after aplying for the ACP for my phone bill, I recieved a call from this number, labelled AT&T on caller ID, they confirmed my aproval for ACP and the discount on my prepaid acount, they never requested personal or account informations, so I beleive the call was legitamate
An individual with a foreign accent claimed AT&T was upgrading the area's infrastructure and attempted to schedule an appointment, which was suspected to be a scam.

The person on the phone claimed to be from AT&T Fraud Services, and told me someone had ordered an iPhone 14 in my name, but when they asked me to log into my account, i knew it was a scam, so i told them i would call AT&T directly, and i did, using the 611 number

I recieved a voicemail from this number, a woman speaking a language that sounded asian, ther were other people in the background, sometimes she spoke softly and other times she sounded very loud and happy, at one point she said "brand new phone 5k!" in english.
