This number is legitemately used by PNC for fraud, but scamers can easly make it seem like there calling from any number, so be aware and hang up then call back using the number on the back of your card

You should never call this number or any other number that is not on the PNC website, your bank should never ask for your credit card number as an account id
After visiting my local PNC branch, I confirmed that this number was associated with a legitimate account cancellation and I received a new debit card.
