Seems safe, Consumer Cellular is performing follow up on new service, informed them about the begining of VM getting cut of.

This call was legitimate, regarding an issue with my cell service auto-payment due to a credit card date change.
A call was received, and a message was left on my cell phone, simply stating the phone number that appeared on the caller ID, which seemed pointless since I already had the number, and the call appeared to be automated, so I chose not to return the call and deleted the number instead.
