Following a mailed survey about my healthcare provider, I received a follow-up call, which I will answer next time to see if it's a legitimate inquiry or a scam.
Upon answering, the call is transferred to a human operator, which explains the lack of voicemail messages, and as a veteran, I can confirm that this is a legitimate VA survey, as previously mentioned by DH, with occasional delays in operator response.
During the last 48 hours, recieved 8 calls from them, however when i answred the phone twice ther was no respons so i just hung up, if it was a survey thay would of spoke to the person they calld.
