Stacy Edwards tax scam—how to stop the calls!

A robocall has been calling me about tax services and keep changing the caller ID number but asking me to call 1-888-337-8953

This number has been associated with a scam, as Stacey Edwards has been known to leave identical messages, claiming back taxes are owed, which is false, and the callback number is consistently 888-337-8953.

The call originated from a different number, 330-894-5460, which may indicate scam activity.

The caller claimed to be about back taxes, requiring enrollment in a program with a limited-time offer, and even provided a number: 803-889-3683, to add pressure.

The caller attempted to scam me by claiming I owed back taxes, which was disproven after verification with the IRS and my accountant; despite blocking the number, they persist in calling from different numbers.
