It's clearly a scam
How to stop mysterious AIS scam calls!
Summary — +18884311239
Expert Opinion
Ever wonder why a call from +18884311239 feels like a private investigation? The pattern you’re hearing—references to AIS, case numbers, and urgent “verify my address” requests—matches classic scam scripts that rely on fear and authority. Callers often spoof legitimate‑sounding agency names and use a second number for texts, hoping you’ll return the call. Never share personal data, Social Security numbers, or banking info unless you’ve independently confirmed the organization. Hang up, log the call, and report it to your carrier or the FTC. Finally, add the number to your phone’s block list or use a call‑filtering app to stop future attempts.
