Nelnet spam calls—stop the nightmare!

During my conversation with them, I was informed that I had exceeded my forbearance request, despite never being notified of such a request or the new rules limiting forbearances. I was advised to apply for a reduction, but due to my work schedule and limited internet access, I've been unable to make the necessary changes, leading to significant stress and concern about potential consequences.

This afternoon, i recieved a call from this number and they left a message with a contact number for my ex-daughter-in-law, so i called them (Nelnet) and since i dont have an account or ss number i clicked on "0" for the operator, but someone finally came on the phone and i informed them that they were looking for my ex-daughter-in-law that i havent seen or heard from her in 7 or 8 years

When i tryed to call that number 866-763-5638, the guy who answered was nice but he want's my full social security number, wich i refuse to give him, and i told him i want to speak to some one higher up to remove my number

Nelnet is collection agency for student loans, they havent been too ugly to us, just persistant, they gave us 866-763-5638 to contact them

It seems these individuals accessed my phone number through a reverse address lookup after I purchased my house, and now they're flooding me with harassing calls intended for the previous owner, with no way to contact a live person to request they cease.

Recently, my cell phone has shown "Incoming" from this number numerous times, and I've chosen not to answer; however, this time they left a message from Tabitha at Millimen Student Loan services, looking for someone named Scott and providing the phone number 888 486 4722 to call back, but when I called, I was only able to reach a computer that requested my account or SS number, prompting me to hang up.
