Robocall that hit my voicemail, left several confusing messages about unknown topics, and I deleted and blocked it
Receive several messages each week from this caller (blocked, so straight to voicemail); they pretend to be Telus but aren't—avoid them, they're after personal info.
Called using my name, Shaw requested data verification and my zip code. No prior dealings with them.
They used my name and once I hit 1, they began requesting personal details, so I ended the call. Calling back to verify if it was Telus led to the identical script. Definitely not Telus.

Calls from this number claim that my account is in arrears and that I owe more than my online account indicates, but when I call back, an automated voice states that my account cannot be found.
Claiming to be from Telus saying my payment is late. I do have Telus for two services. One bill is outstanding because I didn't request it and wanted it removed right away. It's home security sold door-to-door, which is banned in Canada. It failed the moment I stepped out, and I got burglarized. Suspect they obtained info from Telus, shared it, then targeted homes.
