Today, in Manitoba, this number appeared as CCS on the call display, with two calls made three hours apart; when answered, there was no response from the other end before disconnecting after 5-10 seconds.
How could they possibly determine the caller's age and classroom status during a phone call?

Following numerious calls with no messages left, I finaly decidied to answer today and they claimed to be from the Canadian Cancer Society with two purposos for calling, firstly to thank us for our suport in the past, however they never revealed the second reason and I just hangd up.
