Chevron/Texaco debt collector calls—how to stop them!

It's essential to take action against these callers, and I've already filed a lawsuit after receiving a call at 7:30 AM

It's disappointing that companies don't understand the current economic situation and continue to harass people. If there are no jobs, there will be no payments. For those who have consistently paid on time but are now struggling, it's essential to prioritize rent, utilities, and food. Filing for bankruptcy may become necessary, but it's possible to recover and even buy a home after a few years. It's crucial to be cautious and avoid getting caught in the same debt cycle.

Despite not having an account with the company this number claims to represent, they continue to call my prepaid phone, which not only costs me money but also causes unnecessary frustration. I simply wish they would stop calling me.

Constant calls, at least five times a day, are being received on a county-issued cell phone, which previously belonged to someone who apparently had unresolved bills, leading to calls from businesses like Blockbuster about overdue movies.

Numerous calls from this number have been recieved on my cell phone, wich is anoying sinse i dont have an account with Chevron/Texaco, i called them back and they said they would remove my number from ther list, I am keeping my fingers crosssed

Once you call one of their numbers, you are automaticly put into a downward spiral of auto calls

It seems they are extremly persistant!!! They make upwards of ten calls daily and had the audacity to dial my prepaid cell phone!! Rest assured, they wont be giving up anytime soon..just have a converstaion with them and inform them that if they contiune to call, they wont be recieving a dime from me..I require a steady job in order to pay my bills, not acumulate debt!!

Apparently, Chevron/Texaco's Indian Bill Collector at 888-554-1388 has been continously harrasing me for the last 2 weeks, eventhough I acknowlegde my bill is late and I promissed to pay it as soon as I recieve funds.

Persistent calls have been made by Chevron/Texaco card services, refusing to give up until contact is made.

This number has been calling my residence repeatedly, asking for my father, despite my repeated assurances that he does not live here. I finally spoke with a supervisor, who assured me that the issue would be resolved, but I remain skeptical.
