Who’s behind the Tracy Kennedy scam calls?

My ex-husband recently informed me that he received a call at his residence, claiming to be about me, which raises questions about how they obtained his number

Recived an email on 4/9/2021, with an EBay trademark, and a message from Pay Pal, showing an email adress, and asking me to call a number if I didnt approve the transaction

Calls have been received from individuals claiming to be from SAR and Associate, stating there are infractions against the recipient's name and social security number, which is recognized as a scam, with the request to call back on an 888 number, making it challenging to block due to the use of cloned local numbers

Upon answering, I was greeted by Tracey, who claimed I had outstanding payday loans linked to a bank account ending in XXXX, allegedly closed before payment could be made. However, the bank in question, Union Planters, is no longer operational in my area, and I've never held an account with them. What's alarming is that she possessed my social security number, albeit with an incorrect birth year. I advised her to involve the authorities if the matter is legitimate, and our conversation ended there.

Tracy Kennedy, or so she call herself, keeps calling my number, asking for my sister, and claiming she has some infractions under my name.

Same situation happend to me, the guy thretned to send me to jail if I dont pay a loan from 2019, but I never took out such a loan, he even asked me to pay with a debit card

I had a similar experience with Tracey Kennedy from SAR & Associates, they were asking for my ex-husband, but i didnt give them any informations

My government work phone and an old number have been called multiple times by a generic recording claiming to be from Tracy Kennedy, regarding supposed infractions on my SSN

After contacting my local police department to verify the legitimacy of the call, the officer confirmed it was a scam, advising that legitimate communications would be sent via mail, not phone, and suggesting caution; consequently, I blocked the number, reported it to the FTC, and ensured my registration on the do not call list, despite its limitations, as the officer explained that scammers often obtain numbers through hacked databases or online listings.

My cell phone, my mothers cell phone, and even my home phone recieved a call from this number

The caller claimed I had multiple infractions with my social security number, but I didnt engage with them.

A woman started speaking, then they inserted my name roboticaly, and she said they needed to verify my adress, but then the phone cut out and I herd dead air.

A call was received from a different number, 309-777-1799, with a callback number of 888-594-2764, from a recording that mentioned 'R & Associates' and claimed there were infractions under my name, but the beginning of the message was cut off.
