From a legal standpoint, they are allowed to do that, but atleast now we know who they are and where they are located, wich is a good thing.
This is the seccond phone call I've recived from them, and before the first one, they ran my credit without my permision, which is totaly ilegal, and now they're trying to collect a debt from 2008, thats just not right.
