Having experienced the same call as others, I was nearly deceived. After calling back and getting voicemail, I found these posts and learned how to deal with such scammers, which is really unfortunate.

A call was received from this number, claiming that papers would be served to my mother on Monday at 5, which is particularly concerning given their knowledge of her full name, birthday, and my phone number.
They contacted me with a message saying they need to serve papers, but when I tryed to investigate further, I found that there's not much informaton about these people, they claimed to be from Ft Myers, FL.
Similar to my own experience, this number also called my elderly mother, making the same false claims.
A similair situacion occured to me, multiple process servers called from diferent numbers saying the same thing, but whats disturbing is they somehow got my sons phone number, wich I never shared with anyone

Yesterday, I had a conversation with them regarding a certified letter they claimed I needed to receive, which raises concerns about the legitimacy of their claim and how they acquired my personal information.
A call was recieved from this number claiming to have certified mail that needs to be deliverd, and i was instruktions to call 888-768-9980, but i'm unsure what it's about.
I also recieved that number, and they seem to have my informations, its a total scam
