Gym debt collector calls? How to stop First Credit Services

I got a call from a different number about a gym membership I had in the past, but I had stopped going, she wanted me to give her my credit card info, but I asked her to call me at a different time, she got irritated, but eventually agreed and gave me a number to call

A message was left claiming I owed a debt, which I know is not accurate; upon calling back, they requested personal details without specifying the debt's nature, and I refused to provide more information without clarification

A man, introduced as Mr. Moore, called and asked to speak to my daughter, but refused to provide any additional information when questioned.

Despite never visiting the gym, this company has been calling about a membership, and although payments were initially made, they will be cancelled due to the company's suspicious activities

Similar experiences have been reported, involving an Indian-accented individual claiming to be from 1st credit service, attempting to collect a non-existent debt.

I recived a recorded message on my voicemail, they got my name wrong, they said my last name first, i'm adding them to my blocked caller list

A debt collection message was left on my voicemail regarding my boyfriend's alleged debt, which appears to be a scam, as he has no outstanding balance and they obtained my number from his old gym membership.

This number has also been used to contact me regarding a gym membership, with the initial caller answering with a simple greeting, and upon requesting more information, I was transferred to multiple individuals, including a supervisor, while the previous callers continued to discuss my information in the background.

First Credit Services, based in New Jersey, allegedly collects debts for gyms and has been making repeated calls despite being informed of debt disputes and lack of permission to call at work, raising concerns about potential law violations.

They've been calling my cell phone claiming i owe money for a gym membership, wich is ridiculous since i'm still a member, and they've also been harassing my family and me with constant calls day and night.

The caller claimed I owed money on an account I knew I had paid off years ago, citing a change in my phone number as the reason for the delay, which was untrue, and I warned them against affecting my credit score.

It's infuriating that they keep calling despite all debts being paid; they even called during a family funeral, and I'm at a loss for how to stop them.

Sometimes they make threatening calls, like the one i recieved, it sounded like a scam to me telling me that I needed to pay a debt and alot of nonsense. He called me back and he seemed like a total idiot trying to tell me that it should be payed right away or else...

They kep caling and asking for a family member regardning a finantial matter, and it sounded like a boilder room in the background with alot of noise, and the person spoke with a India accent simillar to when you call Citibank in Reno Nevada at 12 noon

I've been repeatedly called by First Credit services, with the representative asking for me by name but refusing to disclose their identity or the debt they're attempting to collect, which is strange since I've never had any debt.

Forest Credit Services or First Credit Services are consitently claiming to collect a debt that does not exsist, totaly fraudulents.

This company is utterly fraudulent, comprised of individuals attempting to collect a debt that I never actually owed.

They are trying to collecct on a bill that has been paid and closed, even the Dr. office sent them proof of the payement.

Apparently, this is either Forest Credit Services or Franklin Collection Service.

The caller is from all india, they always try to collect old debt, somethin that is over 10 year old.
