The call was immediately ended due to the distorted and robotic voice on the other end, as I rarely answer calls from unknown numbers and have learned to be cautious of such calls

The phone rang consecutivly 3 times, didnt answer since the number wasnt recogizable.
After missing the call, I returned it and encountered a recording stating the number was out of service, followed by a robotic voice from Google indicating the call would be recorded; I responded with frustration due to the suspicious nature of the call.
This is clearly a scam, and it is amusing that they hang up when confronted about their actions.
The constant harassment from repeated calls is not only annoying but also troubling.
Apparently, this is a scam regarding goverment funds, obviously the goverment wont contact you about free money unless youapply for grants and recieve a lettter aswell
