Expert Opinion
It looks like "Ryan with Capital Funding" is a common scammer, flooding people with urgent calls about a supposed loan offer that's about to expire. The calls often come from different 800 numbers, but the message is the same: they claim to be from the underwriting department and need missing documentation to finalize your loan. They even provide an agent ID and a file number to make it seem legitimate. However, these are classic red flags for a scam. If you receive one of these calls, don't fall for the urgency. Block the number and report it to the FCC and your state's attorney general. Stay vigilant and don't share any personal information.
