Protect Yourself from Eagle Scammers

I had a similar experience with this number, being told I had won a $500 gift card, but after researching the number, I realized it was a scam and told the caller to stop contacting me.

Repeated calls from this company have become unbearable, with two calls made today alone, and the lack of effective solutions to stop these scammers is frustrating, making it tempting to abandon our home phone altogether.

A woman called, claiming to be conducting a follow-up on a phone survey about water, addressing me by my last name, but I had not participated in such a survey, and she hung up after being informed of the mistake.

They told me I had won a $500 gift card from a survey I took 8 months ago, but I didnt recall, and they said they would deliver the card today, but they needed to take a water sample, thats a scam, I verified the number and read reviews, and I called them back and told them to stop bothering me, they said I was ignorant and hung up.

The caller claimed I had won a $150 socket set for completing an online survey and asked to deliver the prize, while also offering a free water quality test, which seems to be a scam to collect personal information

Initially, I thought the call was from someone I knew, due to the abbreviated name 'REG' saved in my phone, but it turned out to be a woman from Eagle Water treatment systems claiming I had won a $500 gift card, which seemed suspicious, especially since they had never visited my home before.
