They keep asking for someone named Kelly, and despite my attempts to get removed from their list, they continue to call. They claim to be from Citicards, National Cards, and Ambassador Cards, and provided two 800 numbers. I was told to write a letter to be removed, which I refused, threatening to report them to the FCC.
