Why AMVETS Pickup Calls Keep Coming?

As a veteran, I am frustrated by the repeated and late-night calls from this organization, which seem more annoying than helpful in raising funds.

It appears that AmVets pick up service has been calling me for donations, despiite my repetead requests to be placed on their do not call list.

It's peculiar that this number continues to appear on my TV's caller ID, despite being blocked on my home phone. The repeated calls, often multiple times within minutes, are quite aggravating.

AMVETS P/U SVC called me, but didnt leave a mesage, and I'm puzzled as to how they got my number since I've never donated to them.

I used to donate to am-vets, but they kept calling me every month, so i asked them to stop, and eventualy blocked their number, but they still manage to call me multiple times a day, its very anoying...

Whether or not this is a legitimate organization, I dislike being called during dinner time without a message being left. If I wish to donate, I will initiate contact and arrange a pickup at my convenience.

This number is associated with AMVETS, a legitimate charity that contacts individuals to schedule pickups of donated items. I have utilized their services multiple times and found it to be a convenient way to repurpose unwanted items.

Although the call from this number appears to be a legitimate request for donations for AMVETs, including clothes and small appliances, it's possible they handle other types of donations as well from their call center.
