After calling the number back anonymously, it became clear that scam companies often utilize automated tools to collect active phone numbers, which they then exploit for financial gain, and any response to these scammers only serves to enable their operations.

Scammers like this often use fake websites or job boards to obtain phone numbers, so if you've entered your info on other insurance or job websites be carefull, they can sell your number to other scammers and you'll be bothered with alot of unwanted calls, you can use a machine to block these calls or set your phone to not ring.
Following the instructions of the recorded message is a terrible idea, it just verifies to the scammers that a real person is recieving the calls, and they will definately call more frecuently

From my experience, it seems that not a single agency is taking these phone calls seriously, as I've contacted the FCC, FTC, and even the FBI.
More calls seem to follow after opting out by pressing a number.
I recieved a call and they didnt leave a mesage, so i called back and got an automated recording saying all operators are busy, if i wanted to be removed from the call list i should press 1, so i did...we'll see what happends...
There were two calls from the same number, with different caller IDs displayed each time, neither of which left a message, raising concerns about its legitimacy
