This number keeps calling me later in the day, I dont care who it is, they just need to stop, more like scum that cant take a hintt
Apparently Nielsen Media doesnt make random calls, they had contacted me via mailer to particpate in a consumer survey.
Following their initial call a couple of weeks ago, I blocked this number, only to have them call again from a different number, 513-696-1920, this time leaving a message requesting a callback at yet another number, 877-255-7571, which I have also blocked.
A message was left regarding a survey about TV and radio, requesting a callback to a toll-free number to participate in the Nielsen ratings.
Repeated calls from the number attributed to Nielsen, 914 379 1954, have been received, but no messages have been left
This number has been calling repetitively, its clear from the 29 pages of complaints that its a scam, Ive allready blocked it, it even called at 9:45 PM acording to my phone log.

Harassment Call
Repeated calls from this number have become a nuisance, and I wish they would cease immediately.
This phone number keeps calling my cell number every day, and I refuse to answer, I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST, but it dont help, I'm thinking of getting my boat horn and letting them hear it.

Regular calls are made to a home phone, often before 9 pm, with the caller ID displaying Scarborough

The past four days have seen daily calls from Scarborough, with no messages left; this persistent behavior needs to stop.
When the caller ID said "SCARBOROUGH CO" and then "SCARBOROUGH NM", I picked up the phone and they immediatly hung up, it's frustraiting that scammers dont undersand the meaning of no.
Disturbing calls are made at all hours, and since the numbers are unrecognized, they go unanswered; being on the do-not-call list hasn't stopped them, even during late hours, though thankfully, our landline, which we maintain for elderly parents, remains unattended.
For six months, I've been receiving calls from this number, consistently after 9:00 PM, and on one occasion, the caller claimed they would call earlier the next time after I informed them I was asleep.

Numerous times alot of calls have been recieved from this particuler number, the male caller who left a message claimed to be conducing some kind of reseach, he calls multible times a day and late at nite with an addtional number

Frequent calls from 941-379-1954 at 8:00PM are extremely annoying, especailly since I'm on the Do Not Call list, and I suspec it's a survay call that could potencially lead to sales or other activites. What is the proces for reporting these calls and collecting fines?
