Someone keeps dialing my phone, and I have no clue what they want or why they keep harassing me.

They claim to be USPS with a delivery change needing confirmation, which never happens, so it's bogus, haha.
I recieved a text with a supposibly winning reciept number, followed by anoter text asking me to reply to a link to claim my prize, whats with these scammers thinking I'm that dumb?

I recieved the same scam today from someone claiming to be USPS, but i didnt click on anyting.
Received a suspicious text message, allegedly from USPS, claiming a delivery change and instructing to click a link; recognizing it as a scam due to not expecting a package and USPS not sending such notices, the number was marked as spam and the text deleted, serving as a reminder to verify unfamiliar numbers and refrain from clicking links.
I got a text, and when I called the number, I got a voicemail from a Jeff Wisener, saying that somebody is using his number to send a TEXT SCAM from USPS, and he warned me not to click on the link, its a scam!
