It appears that blocking this number is ineffective due to the use of randomly spoofed numbers, making it advisable to simply ignore the calls.
When this number showed up on my phone, it said GYB in Cary, NC, but when i searched for it, nothing came up, and when i searched for the phone number, it said it was a spammer from Newport Beach, not Cary, NC, so i blocked it.
This guy claimed to be a google partner, but when I asked for his website, he just hung up, I wish I could report him.
