On the third attempt, a caller mentioned my name and introduced himself as Bongani from a Multichoice‑related department. I told him he must obtain my consent before contacting me, refused to give permission, made it clear I avoid call centres, and ended the call. Call centres should request your permission before calling again; tell them they are not allowed. If they call once more, report them to the Information Regulator and know your rights.
