Hang direct op als je twijfelt, blokkeer het nummer en meld de oproep bij de Fraudehelpdesk of je eigen bank. Gebruik officiële kanalen – bel de bekende klantenservice‑nummers van je bank – om te verifiëren of er werkelijk een probleem is. Houd je telefoonsoftware up‑to‑date en schakel eventuele oproep‑filtering in om toekomstige oplichting te minimaliseren.
Deze persoon belde en gaf zich uit voor een medewerker van de SNS-bank, maar bleek een oplichter te zijn. Gelukkig viel het op bij het controleren van deze website.
