Voor dit soort ongevraagde telemarketing‑gesprekken geldt: geef nooit je persoonlijke gegevens of betaalinformatie door, zelfs als de beller een bekende merknaam noemt. Controleer het nummer via de officiële klantenservice, registreer het in het bel‑me‑niet‑register en blokkeer het in je telefoon. Meld herhaaldelijke oproepen bij de Autoriteit Consument & Markt of je provider om toekomstige overtredingen te verminderen.
