Total nonsense is comming from BUDGETCOACH, they claim to have sent a letter, but that's compleatly false, this gives them an excuse to call you regarding a supposed notification, its a way to circumvent the law, the story about poor internet and my neighbours complaining is also a load of rubish, they want me to switch to Ziggo Giganet, very unconvincing tale, poor sales pitch
