Controleer altijd via de officiële website of app van de Staatsloterij of er sprake is van een legitieme winactie. Meld de oproepen bij je provider en, indien nodig, bij de Autoriteit Consument & Markt om verdere rapporteren te vergemakkelijken.
Completely fed up with this number, which calls multiple times a week - even when I accidentally answered, I got a recorded message saying they'd call back; extremely disturbing, hope something gets done about it soon, despite having blocked it, they still manage to get through.

Ik werd onlangs benaderd door een callcentermedewerkster van de Staatsloterij die agressief en zeer ongewoon overkwam, met een Haags accent en een oude vrouw die/self beschreef als iemand die aan het werk was, en die probeerde te bepalen wanneer ze terug zou bellen, maar toen ik vroeg waarover het ging, reageerde ze onbeleefd.
