In werkelijkheid doet de beller zich voor als de Postcodeloterij en probeert hij via een vage aanbieding je IBAN of andere persoonlijke gegevens binnen te krijgen. Het beste is meteen hang en blokkeer het nummer; deel nooit gevoelige informatie aan onbekenden. Controleer via de officiële website of je inderdaad een winnaar bent voordat je reageert. Schakel je telefoon's spamfilter in en meld de oproep bij je provider of de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Zo bescherm je je privacy en voorkom je dat scammers je later kunnen benaderen.
