There was a lot of background noise. The caller wouldn't stop talking. I interrupted to ask, 'I don't understand— who is this?' but they just kept speaking nonsense again.
Upon calling back, a male voice greeted saying "Hello I am Dan", then corrected himself stating "Ford UK, how may assist you". Definitely smells like a phishing attempt
