Scammers impersonate PrivatBank staff

Sounds like Privatbank, they offered to lower my credit card interest rate if i transfer the funds to a diffrent bank card, it smells like a scam, so i hung up without listening to the rest

Claiming to represent Privatbank, they offered to reduce my credit interest rate if I transferred 2,000 hryvnias from my Privatbank card to any other bank card, which I found suspicious, especially since the decision to connect such a service had to be made already

Received a suspicious call claiming to be from Privat Bank offering a cashback deal that required transferring 5000 hryvnias to activate

It seems suspicious when I received a call from someone claiming to be from ПриватБанк, especially since it was in the evening and I didn't receive any notifications in the app or via email. The caller knew my name and offered to lower the interest rate on my credit card, but I had to transfer 5 thousand hryvnias from my credit card to another bank's card. This raised my concerns, and I refused their offer. Despite their attempts to persuade me, I declined again and ended the call. I'm unsure what their goal was, but it felt like a scam, and I considered reporting it to ПриватБанк. However, when I checked the app, it showed that the number was indeed associated with ПриватБанк, which only added to my confusion. Nevertheless, I remain cautious and advise others to be careful as well.
