In this era of messengers, it's inappropriate to discuss ticketing over the phone
If you have ever registred on sites that sell concert tickets like 'Karabas', 'Concert.ua' etc, your number is stored, so later they may call and offer tickets to events, concerts. I wouldnt say the number is dangeros, just neutral. If you are not interesed, you can say so, and the problem will be resolvd.
