For two weeks, I've been receiving daily calls from this number, and even after blocking it, they continue to call from slightly different numbers; I've reported them to the TPS for handling scam calls.
After blocking this number, I continued to receive calls from similar numbers, with the caller claiming to be from Carephone Warehouse, but my request to be removed from their list was denied.
BT offered me 30% off my usual bill for the next 12 months and tried to transfer me to a colleague, likely to gather banking details.
Received a call today that disconnected immediately after answering. Blocked the number suspecting they might want me to call back and incur charges.

An individual claiming to represent Virgin Media contacted me, attempting to persuade me into purchasing a new contract.
A woman with a strong Indian accent called from Carphone Warehouse. I told her I wasn’t interested, but she quickley asked about my phone and how much I paid. Poor script. Hung up and blocked the number.
They were impersonating Carphone Warehouse, claiming they obtained my number from my provider. When I inquired about which provider, there was a pause, and they took a wild guess at O2. Missed the mark... I hung up, blocked the number, and reported them.
DO NOT PICK UP!!! After answering once, they began bombarding me with calls from various numbers. Avoid calls from 01209320008, 01209320006, 01209320009, 01209320019.
