They phoned my elderly mum claiming her home insurance with them was expiring soon, pushing for renewal and deals. She doesn't have a policy with Aviva though. The Indian-accented caller couldn't grasp my query about the insurer's name.

About half an hour earlier, the phone indicated potential spam, so I blocked it immediately.
The caller said her name was Jane and she was calling about electricity and loft insulation, but it sounded like a AI voice, and when i asked her questions she didnt answer proprely, so i just hang up.
The constant calls from this company are becoming increasingly frustrating, with all indications suggesting it is a scam.
