Capquest debt collectors keep calling – what to do?

Uncertain if it's the same company as Capquest, which uses other numbers and leaves voicemails asking to press 1. I receive calls from three different numbers every hour from 8am to 1pm daily. Living in Devon, curious if others in the area are experiencing this.

For months, I’ve been receiving daily calls from this number, claiming to be for “various names.” I no longer pick up, but it’s incredibly annoying. Trying to lodge a complaint with B.T. has been equally frustrating, as I’m constantly left on hold!

Despite being blocked, this number continues to get through, which is puzzling.

Another frustrating call today from someone completely untrustworthy. The conversation made no sense and I ended it immediately. It's disheartening how some individuals exploit innocent people regardless of their background. If the legal system can't effectively address this, perhaps a higher power will. Either way, their actions won't go unpunished forever.

I'm recieving constant calls from this number on my landline, but when i answer theres just silence so now i just decline the call

They asked for my name and to press one if I was available, then put me on hold with music. I also received a strange text recently about something similar. I’ve blocked the number.

Capquest, I don't recognize either the name or the account.
