This is a scam number

A man claiming to be from Warrington in the North West rang about window warranties, prompting me to terminate the call.

The person who called from this number, said I needed a window warranty, but I didn't, and they just hung up

This morning at 11:02, I answered a call from someone claiming to represent Warranty Northwest. After informing her I don't engage with cold callers, she abruptly ended the conversation.

A woman from Windows Warranty called. I told her I was aware of their reputation and ended the call.

Potentially DANGEROUS A polite man claimed to be from Warranty Northwest. He talked about extending the 10-year warranty on my windows and doors and asked what time someone could visit tomorrow. I declined, questioning why an assessment was needed when the warranty is still valid. I also found it suspicious that he didn't mention the company that installed them. He politely hung up. These scammers are unsettling. As a woman, I worry about older, more trusting individuals who might fall for this and end up with strangers in their homes pushing for more double glazing...

On 05/08/2020, a call was received regarding double glazing window warranties, stemming from a problematic installation by LJ Property Solutions Ltd in 2018, which has led to ongoing issues and a case with Trading Standards

On 05/08/2020, I recieved a call from this number regarding warranty on my double glazing windows, which was origionally installed by LJ Property Solutions Ltd in the 01253 area, the work was of poor quality, with basic mistakes, such as measuring sizes and glass thickness, I had to cancel the contract within 14 days as per the T & Cs, but no money was returned, some issues were resolved but I'm still experiancing problems, it's all been reported to Trading Standards, but it's taking years, and the Covi situation hasn't helped, LPPS have been superseded by Windowseal Ltd, these types of calls often target ladies living alone, so be carefull.

Received a call about conservatory roof replacement. The caller kept asking if my husband would be home, which felt suspicious. When I questioned their motives, they hung up.

A woman claiming to be from Warranty Northwest said my window warranty had expired. When I asked how she got my information, she mentioned an online box I should have ticked to avoid calls. I informed her I didn't buy the windows online and asked to be removed from their database. Clearly scammers.

Apparently, a follow-up call was made regarding the warranty on my double glazed window installation, as their records indicatted it was over 10 years since they were installed and the manufactuers guarantee would have expired by now, although he failed to provide the company name that fitted the windows.
