Call from Belford. Didn't answer as it's a known white goods scam. Blocked the number, but it seems the block doesn't last. They're persistent, talking over me, and trying to get bank details. These scams are dangerous and heartless.

Dont speak to them, they had my details and the name of my washing machine, but they didnt know that I didnt purchase it, they told me that my warranty was about to expire and said they were from HomeSheild direct, I said that I was confused as to how they have my details as I have never actually purchased a washing machine before and they didnt have an answer for that, its 100% a scam, dont give details to random, unknown callers
