Someone from One Call insurance contacted me, asking for personal information under the guise of data protection. When they couldn’t provide my details, I refused to share any information over the phone and requested they email me instead. I didn’t provide my email since they should already have it. A reminder: unsolicited calls can appear genuine but aren’t always. They might ask you to verify their number, but this can be easily spoofed.
