When I ansered the call, a female with an indian accent asked to speak with me about my Telstra NBN, despite me being on the do not call list and not even being a Telstra customer, and the call was supposidly from Edinburgh Scotland.

Somebody called asking to speak with me, knew my name and everything, but then they called me a bad name when I hung up, my husband answerd the next call
