Clearly a scam.
Energy cold caller strikes again!
Summary — +441332422021
Expert Opinion
Mid-morning in the Home Counties, persistent calls like these crop up far too often, leaving folks wary of picking up. Reports paint a picture of unsolicited outreach, often tied to energy-saving pitches or vague schemes, with callers hanging up when challenged or failing to respond at all. It's classic telemarketing harassment, sometimes veering into scam territory if they push dodgy offers. Block the number straight away via your phone settings or carrier app, and report it to the Information Commissioner's Office for good measure. Registering with the Telephone Preference Service helps filter out some nuisances, though it's no silver bullet. If it escalates, log details and consider a call-blocking device for peace of mind.
