This was a DHL call. Didn't answer, but they left a message and sent an email. It was about customs clearance for an imported product. They needed more information. I think it's better to hang up and contact them through their official website. These days, most calls seem to be scams rather than genuine.
DHL customs call – should you answer?

Expert Opinion
If you get a call from +441332697800 claiming to be DHL about a parcel stuck in customs, first check whether you’re actually expecting a delivery. Ask for a reference number and then call the official DHL customer‑service line you find on their website – never use the number the caller gives you. Never share payment details, screenshots of your bank statements or personal IDs over the phone. If the caller sounds vague, asks for your email, or pressures you to pay an unexpected VAT charge, treat it as a scam. In short, verify through official channels and keep your customs information safe.

Helpful service call checking on a parcel arriving in the UK. Verified the address and sender details smoothly. Much appreciated.
Cant be certain. It could've been a scam as I'm not expecting anything via DHL, and my DHL account shows no pending shipments. I recieved an email shortly after the call (which I ignored) that Google suggests is genuine/owned by DHL, asking for a customs declaration number, but the email was broken/missing info, so it could be spoofed. Regardless, I'm not expecting anything through DHL, so I'm unsure.
