Got a call today claiming they'd assist because I was involved in an RTA three months ago. When I asked what they meant, the operator insisted I’d been the driver, even though I don’t own a car. She eventually said they’d remove me from their list and hung up. Proper scammers, that is – their number is 0141 3455782, cheers.

Looks like a scam – they pretended to be Go Direct After Care, insisted I wasn’t on a cold call list even though I’m on TPS. Fed up with these leeches, cheers.
Answered a call from Go Direct asking if I was satisfied with their support; when I asked for clarification, they mentioned a car accident I never had, so I hung up and blocked the number.
