Acknowledging that the company is legitimate, they nevertheless keep ringing me. I request removal from their list, they claim to comply, yet after four months the calls resume. I want the calls to cease.
Please be aware that this number belongs to Ipsos and is genuine; their office hours run from 9 am to 9 pm, which explains the late‑night calls. I spoke with a very courteous gentleman today who said the call relates to an HMRC savings scheme. Check your email for a corresponding message, especially if the call comes after normal working hours. I can confirm the survey is legitimate, informative and worth taking, but note that scammers also use this number. You can spot them by asking for their FCA or company registration number – refusal means it’s a scam.
