These scammers are quite convincing. They posed as HomeServices, offering boiler insurance discounts for no claims. They knew my household name, postcode, and street address, and spoke with a British accent. Thankfully, I had switched suppliers two months ago. It’s concerning where they got my information.

This particuler caller contacts me on various numbers with the same area prefix, but different phone numbers, 0161 XXX XXX, and I've blocked them several times, they are selling boilers and energy efficient items, but he couldnt even pronounce my name corectly

By examinig the posts below, dated 20/12/22, it becomes clear that inaction from the authorities may be due to a lack of reporting, therefore, it is essential that everyone takes responsibilty for reporting scam calls and messages to the relevent cyber crime agency, as this is a crucial step in preventing these criminal activites

I received a call claiming to be associated with my central heating maintenance contract, offering a reduced rate, but I became suspicious when they requested my bank details, which my current provider already has on file.
