I recieved two calls from this number, firstly a 'missed call' on Tuesday 8th.11.'22, and when I rang back, there was no reply, just an indistinct word, and the second call had only background noise from a crowded room, when I tryed to call back, it said the number was incorrect
A man with a South African accent claimed to be from claims guys, possessing my old personal details. He mentioned securing compensation, but I informed him that I had not received any PPI previously and was not interested. He hung up, confirming it was a scam.
On Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 11 AM, a man claimed he was from claims guys discussing PPI from six years ago. He had a lot of my personal information and requested to send everything via email. At that moment, he assured me it would be sent immediately, yet I have not received anything!

My phone said posible fraud, so I didnt answer, but I got a voicemail, when I listend to it, it was silent, but it lasted for over a minute, which I thought was odd, maybe it was a glitch
This individual claimed to represent Claims Guys, possessing a significant amount of my personal data, and attempted to persuade me to click on a link and provide my signature, at which point I terminated the conversation.

The call appeared to be a scam, with the caller claiming I had a credit refund to claim, but their strong accent made it difficult to understand, and I lost interest in the conversation
The number in question, 01615328911, claimed to be from the Claims Guys and stated that i may be due some tax back from the HMRC. Initially, i was confused as i have dealt with the Claims Guys legitemately in the past, although this was over 3 years ago. The call sounded suspisous, so i requested that they send me some details via email and i would get back to them. As yet, no email has been recieved. This appears to be a clever scam, and checking on here has confimed my suspitions

These scam calls are extremely frustrating
A woman named Karen contacted me, claiming to represent the claims guys legal regarding a PPI refund and stating I was eligible for a tax refund. She mentioned sending a link to verify my information. I took the number to investigate whether it was a scam and intended to return the call. After researching the number and making some inquiries, it seemed fraudulent, very discreetly done, so I deleted the link and blocked the number. I've never submitted a PPI claim.

The caller claimed they could help me recover tax from a claim with The Claims Guys, but I never made a claim with them
The person on the phone said they were from the claims department, and that I was owed tax from a ppi, but it sounded like a scam to me, especialy since they were pushy

The caller claimed to be from the claim guys, saying they could get me tax back from my PPI payout, they had alot of my details, but they wanted me to activate a link whilst on the phone, which I refused, and then the call got cut off
Claimed to be from claims guys and became aggressive when I refused to confirm my details. I ended the call eventually.
